Leading science experts, representatives of the ministries and the parliament of Yakutia, experts from other regions of the country will discuss the development of the republic.
“In 2022, the forum is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Yakut ASSR. In this regard, the key event is the foresight session “100th Anniversary of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic: the history and current state of federal relations,” said Daryana Maksimova, Deputy Executive Director of the Northern Forum.
The format of the session is a sequential holding of 3 main discussions, which will consider the course of historical development, the development of relations "society power" and economic development trends. At the meeting, experts will present their vision of the current situation and discuss what trends and achievements Yakutia should expect in the coming century. Particular attention will be paid to the development of the vocational education system. Therefore, post-graduate teachers, students, representatives of youth public organizations of the republic are invited to the foresight session.
“One of the founders of Yakutia, Platon Oyunsky, wrote the Great Centenary Plan, in which he reflected the stages of development of the republic until 2027. Our foresight will also outline the points through which we must pass in order to develop our position. This work needs to involve both experts and young people - those for whom this is all done, ”says one of the moderators of the upcoming session, Deputy Rector of the North-Eastern Federal University for analytical and expert activities Alexander Kugaevsky.
In the past, Minister of Economy of Yakutia, he will moderate the economic direction of the foresight session. Alexander Kugaevsky emphasizes: NEFU as an educational organization, among all the proposed topics, is certainly very interested in the transformation of the personnel training system: promising specialties, the quality and characteristics of personnel training, the level of knowledge and the composition of competencies.
A well-known public and political figure, ex-Head of the Administration of the President of Yakutia, People's Deputy of the State Assembly (Il Tumen) of Yakutia, Professor of the Faculty of Law of NEFU Alexander Kim-Kimen notices how important it is now to reason and argue on the topic of mutual responsibility of government and society.
This, he is sure, will contribute to positive changes in Russian society in terms of unity and cohesion of the multinational people of the Russian Federation.
As part of the NSDF discussion platform, where he will take part as a moderator, as a professor at the Faculty of Law of NEFU, Alexander Kim-Kimen notes how important it is to hear from representatives of the highest government bodies, the Public Chamber and the Ministry of Innovation, Digital Development and Info-Communication Technologies, as well as Ministry of Youth Affairs and Social Communications of Yakutia. After all, the professor emphasizes, it is the youth who will have to transform our lives in the next century.
“As part of the 2022 Constitutional Amendments, the concept of public authority has been introduced, and we need to think about how to improve the structure of power and issues of its interaction with society. I also want to emphasize the importance of supporting people who are engaged in reindeer herding, hunting, fishing and other traditional crafts in the Arctic, because they perform an important protective function of the Russian state. We must strengthen the population in the Arctic, prove that the region has been successfully developed by our people,” says Alexander Kim-Kimen.
