HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE AI ERA
HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE AI ERA: DEMOGRAPHY • STRATEGIES • COMPETENCIES AND THE NEW REALITY OF LABOUR
Almost all new machinery and equipment (in all types of transport, energy, agriculture, mining, construction, housing and public utilities and other spheres of life support) even those successfully operating in “ordinary” cold climate, for example, in Yamal, under winter conditions on the territories with extremely cold temperatures according to the State Standard (GOST) 15150-69 “Machines, devices and other technical products. Designs/developments for different climatic regions. ...” require significant modification and improvements. However, in reality, this is limited by existing technical regulatory policy, unlike the conditions of “ordinary” cold.
Another significant reason for most entrepreneurs, budgetary organizations, agricultural and industrial enterprises is the lack of opportunity to purchase special climate technology. As a result, homemade equipment (so-called ‘garage developments’) is used in areas with extremely cold climate. Those modifications cannot ensure sufficient levels of safety and cost of operation of machinery and equipment, especially in remote and sparsely populated areas of local and indigenous population.
During the meeting it is proposed to discuss the issues, find solutions and ways of implementation.
