Creative Arctic

The event will summarize the interim results of the Creative Arctic project of the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts. The project introduced more than 100 young people in Krasnoyarsk, Srednekolymsk and Anadyr to the in-demand skills in creative activities as well as identified the features of creative capital of indigenous peoples living in these re-gions. The event will present plans for the project development in the coming years.
