HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE AI ERA
HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE AI ERA: DEMOGRAPHY • STRATEGIES • COMPETENCIES AND THE NEW REALITY OF LABOUR
In 2024, Russia chairs the BRICS, whose countries reaffirm their commitment to a bal-anced and comprehensive implementation of the sustainable development agenda in three dimensions: economic, social and environmental. In this regard, it seems relevant, in light of Russia's chairmanship of BRICS and the expansion of its membership, to con-sider the interaction of BRICS countries in the key areas, including opportunities for co-operation and launch of new joint projects in the Arctic, Antarctica and the Third Pole region.
The event will be dedicated to the current status and prospects of cooperation between the BRICS countries in environmental protection, energy and logistics. At the same time, in the current conditions, the problem of forming the BRICS agenda on the issues of polar cooperation, including mining, agriculture, support for indigenous peoples and the pro-tection of fragile ecosystems, is becoming especially relevant.
