The new realities of the geopolitical situation in the world determine the shifting focus of interest of the international cooperation of Russia to the East. Despite the increased sanctions pressure on Russia this year, major investment projects continue to be implemented in the Arctic zone. The Government of the Russian Federation is actively developing and implementing preferential regimes and special economic zones to attract investors.
