🌍 Propose your event for the Northern Sustainable Development Forum program!

Want to host your own session, discuss pressing issues with experts, and present your projects to a wide professional audience? Call for proposals for the Forum program is now open!

What formats can be proposed?
Events are held in a hybrid format—both offline and online—with simultaneous Russian-English translation for participants. The program can include:

• a research-to-practice conference;
• a thematic session;
• a round table;
• a panel discussion;
• an event organized by an international or other organization;
• an intercountry dialogue;
• a project presentation;
• a lecture;
• a foresight session;
• a masterclass;
• an exhibition.

How does it work?
An event is included in the program upon signing one of the partnership packages. The organizers independently shape the agenda, the list of speakers and participants, and the necessary materials, while coordinating preparations with the Forum operator.
The operator, for its part, provides the venue, technical support, and, if necessary, simultaneous interpretation and coffee breaks, while also handling participant registration, hotel bookings, and transportation services.

❗️ Important: The proposed event must correspond to the main theme of the Forum or the topic of one of the permanent tracks.
⏳ Key date—September 15: the deadline for submitting proposals to the program and for finalizing the agenda and the list of approved speakers.
