The course of lectures is devoted to the following topics:

• Development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation;
• Regional development of the regions of the Northern Forum;
• Culture of the indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation;
• Changing of the climate;
• Problems of permafrost;
• Tourism in the Arctic;
• Transport infrastructure in the Arctic (Northern Sea Route).

Lectures are given by scientists and leading experts of NEFU, the Institute of Biological Problems of the Permafrost SB RAS, the Institute of Permafrost Studies of the SB RAS, the Institute for Humanitarian Research and Problems of Indigenous Peoples of the North of the SB RAS, the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts, as well as employees of government agencies, such as the Ministry of Foreign Relations of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia), Ministry for the Development of the Arctic and the Affairs of the Peoples of the North of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), regions of the Northern Forum.
