The development of human capital is the main factor in innovative economic and social progress of the North and the Arctic. Within the framework of this direction, speaking platform will be provided for discussing educational and scientific projects for sustainable development of the North and the Arctic, partnership of organizations of general and professional education; supporting young talents.
During session we will discuss the current situation and prospects for the development of circumpolar sciences and the integration of Russian scientific and educational organizations into international collaborations and to digital educational space. Will be presented the first textbook on social processes in the Arctic as an educational discipline, including the results of the authors' research on the sociology of the Arctic as a circumpolar macroregion, which open up an opportunity for independent search for information, trends in socio-humanitarian knowledge in Arctic education and Arctic studies.

September 26-27, within the framework of the forum, an online Model of the ECOSOC Youth Forum will be held with the participation of schoolchildren from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, the Trans-Baikal Territory, and the Irkutsk Region.
September 21-25, online trainings will be held for the participants of the ECOSOC Youth Forum Model to prepare for participation in the game-conference. Trainers from Singapore, Ekaterinburg, Moscow, Yakutsk, Minsk and will conduct classes for schoolchildren on the development of teamwork skills, project activities, critical thinking, working with information, creativity, emotion management; leadership and communication skills.
