The conference is a continuation of the annual international conference with the Universi-ty of Bertoua (Cameroon) Legal and Economic Regulation of Interests of Indigenous Peo-ples, Government and Business Structures at Subsoil Exploitation. In 2023, the conference Extractive Industry and the Rights of Local Communities was held in Bertoua (Cameroon). Industrial development of subsoil and mining are closely related to the transition to \"green\" energy, reducing the negative impact on the environment.<\/p>\n
