Following the working visit of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and Khabarovsk Krai, the President instructed the Govern-ment of the Russian Federation to develop and approve the Concept of Sustainable De-velopment of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation until 2036 and an action plan for the implementation of this Concept. In this regard, there is a pressing need for a substantive public discussion regarding the draft Concept of Sustainable Development of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East until 2036. The strategic session will discuss the most pressing issues and devel-op proposals for federal projects taking into account the specific features of the region and for the purpose of sustainable development of indigenous peoples of the North.<\/p>\n
