II Forum of the Association of Sino-Russian Technical Universities for Arctic Research

For many years, the Association, being a recognized platform for the development of scientific, educational and humanitarian cooperation between the universities in Russia and China, has been actively involved in the agenda of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the Arctic.

We invite distinguished colleagues from the member universities of the Association to take an active part in the Second ATURC Forum on Arctic Research.
