International Seminar Digitalization of the Linguistic and Cultural Heritage of Indigenous Peoples of the Arctic
Frameworked by the Arctic Council Project “Digitalization of the Linguistic and Cultural Heritage of Indigenous Peoples of the Arctic”.
The seminar will discuss the issues of legal protection of traditional indigenous knowledge of the Arctic through the tools of the intellectual property system. WIPO experts, UNESCO representatives, and other will deliver their lectures. As a follow-up, it is planned to develop recommendations on regulating the activities in this field.
