The Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts took part in the "Northern Forum on Sustainable Development"

On September 27, within the framework of the Northern Forum, the Round Table "Creative Arctic: Opportunities and Threats in the Era of Global Transformations" was held online at the ASICA.

The roundtable focused on three components of the creatosphere - resources, process and products of creative activity, reflecting the creative potential of the Arctic as a space of opportunities for the development of cultural and creative industries. The roundtable participants discussed issues related to the creative essence of the Arctic man. The center of the discussion was also the idea of the Arctic creatosphere, which is based on the humanitarian values of goodness and beauty created by the creative communities of the Arctic circumpolar civilization.

The round table was moderated by Ulyana Vinokurova, professor, doctor of sociological sciences, head of the Center for Circumpolar Civilization of the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts, Honorary Polar Scientist of the Russian Federation.

The speakers of the forum were participants from universities and institutes of Yakutia, Murmansk, USA, representatives of the State Circus of Yakutia, the Sakhafilm company
